So we’ve been following That Belfast Girl for a while now – a blog about life as a fashionable 20-something living in Belfast. She reviews everything from the latest and greatest beauty products to clothes and restaurants and it’s great to see viable beauty tips and suggestions by a real person, away from all the advertising and marketing that usually surround them.

After over a year and a half since its inception, That Belfast Girl is holding her first event at The Ivory Restaurant in House of Fraser on the 26th November. Promising a beauty education, mulled wine, mince pies, a goody bag and an extra special Christmas gift, what more could you want?

Places are limited to 30, so they’re going quick! Phone 028 90 883744 to book.

Hi, I'm Laura. I'm 30 years old and have a degree in Journalism with Photo-Imaging at the University of Ulster. I have an undying love for Belfast and all that it has to offer, an undying love for sleeping, Tegan and Sara, trashy tv shows, foreign snack-foods and being irresponsible with money. I also quite like origami, reading, jazz, hip-hop, dubstep, anything acoustic and Food Network TV. I've written for The Big List, Culture NI, Chatterbox and The Echo, as well as writing for BBC Across the Line.
