Well…it should have been De La Soul, but it’s all sold out.  So now it’s the awesome looking LEGO Brick City that’s coming to Titanic Belfast next saturday.

Brick City, one of the world’s most popular exhibitions using LEGO®, is coming to Titanic Belfast, 17 May-13 July. Come along and enjoy this colourful recreation of major city landmarks and iconic global images. Fun for children and big kids!

As LEGO fever grips the globe with the release of The LEGO® Movie in cinemas, famed independent LEGO® artist Warren Elsmore will bring his breath-taking recreations of major city landmarks and iconic global images to one of the most famous maritime cities in the world, where RMS Titanic was built more than 100 years ago.

Brick City’s must-see scaled down versions of iconic buildings in London, also include the Olympic Park and Westminster Abbey while other cities such as San Francisco, Toyko and New York will be on show in the modern architectural wonder that is Titanic Belfast, from Saturday, May 17 until Sunday, July 13.  The exhibition also includes a model of London’s famous St Pancras Station, which measures 5ft tall and is 12ft long, and contains no less than 180,000 LEGO® bricks. It even recreates Marilyn Monroe’s famous Seven Year Itch scene that included THAT dress!

The Brick City exhibition at Titanic Belfast will feature 72 architectural scale models, made in LEGO®, all of which appear in Warren’s popular book ‘Brick City’.
