Running from the 2 – 5 July, Belfast will host over 50 Tall Ships as they dock in Northern Ireland before the start of the Tall Ships Races 2015. Alongside the magnificent ships themselves, the annual Lidl Belfast Titanic Maritime Festival will be welcoming sailors, locals and visitors alike.

Having previously welcomed the Tall Ships in 1991 and 2009, this will be the third time that Belfast has hosted the races. With everything from fairgrounds, live music, The Red Arrows, a Viking Village, hot air balloons, fireworks displays and the ships themselves there is something for everyone at this year’s event. The timings for the Lidl Belfast Titanic Maritime festival are as follows:

  • Day 1: Thursday 2 July (12 noon – 9pm)
  • Day 2: Friday 3 July (12 noon – 9pm)
  • Day 3: Saturday 4 July (10am – 10.30pm)
  • Day 4: Sunday 5 July (10am – 4pm) – Tall Ships Parade
