Belfast-based, Scottish born, Canadian raised musician The Mad Dalton (aka Peter GW  Sumadh) may seem like a mysterious figure at first, but as he and his band Ciaran “Scruffy” Gallagher (accordion),  George McKinney (lead guitar), Niall Quinn (drums), Seán Ó’Neíll (bass), Claire McCartney (piano/vocals) & “Wally” on trombone assemble at the Belfast Barge this Saturday, it seems that all will be revealed.

After releasing his debut single Little Belfry last month, The Mad Dalton is set to launch an EP of the same name at the Belfast Barge on 7th November at a BYOB event featuring live music from the band plus guests in the form of Sarah Mc Creedy Music and our favourite Son of The Hound. Have a look at the EP teaser trailers below, or to get a real sense of the EP you can read Chordblossom’s review here.

To learn more about The Mad Dalton, you can catch up on the very interesting origins of the man and the band here, or visit the Facebook event page here. If you like what you hear, tickets for the EP launch are available to buy here.
