Following on from yesterday’s preview of Sunflower Fest 2014, here’s our top picks for this year’s festival!
We’ve also made you a nifty playlist featuring some of this year’s bands which you can listen to here.

Friday 22nd August

The Orb
If you’re into ambient house, then this iconic London based group is for you. Founded in 1988 and featuring former KLF member Jimmy Cauty this is sure to be one hell of a show.

King Kong Company
We’ve never seen this Irish Electronica outfit live before, but from their videos and rave reviews online these guys are sure to put on the biggest party of the festival by far.

The Bonnevilles
This local duo never fail to disappoint with their unique blend of garage, punk and blues and they also put on a damn good toe-tappin’ show.

Patrick Gardiner
Forever a PastieBap.com favourite, this Magheralin boy will provide a welcome, mellow and calming respite from the weekend’s antics. You can read a review of his debut EP, Save Myself here.

Check out Saturday’s top music picks on the next page.
