Do you love to bake?  Have you a ‘Signature Bake’ that you would like to share with the world?  Then this might just be the competition for you. The Food and Drink Show NI is launching a baking competition for one weekend only (this weekend, obviously) to celebrate their new Phoenix Natural Gas Baking Stage.

To enter, simply bake whatever it is you’re good at (a cake, buns, biscuits, pastry etc) and then email a photograph of your marvellous creation along with a recipe to rachael@foodanddrinkshowni.com. All entries will be featured on The Food and Drink Show NI website and a panel of judges (who also happen to be performing on the baking stage) will choose the winners. The criteria is ‘originality’ and ‘presentation’, so make sure your baked delights would look like something Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood would be proud of!

There will be three lucky winners chosen over all and the prize? A pair of VIP tickets each to The Food and Drink Show on the day of your choice, a chance to meet both of the chefs performing on that day and a personally autographed cook book from the chefs as well.

The deadline for entries is 5pm on Monday 20th October and entrants are asked to include their name and which day they would like to attend of the show.

Get ready, get set, BAKE!
