Oooooooooh yeah brother! It’s that time of year when once again the “grandaddy of them all”, Wrestlemania, comes back around.  When wrestling fans and “normals” alike can mingle as equals in the glory of the pay-per-view of the year.  This year Belfast is on point when it comes to catering for wresting fans and this Sunday you can indulge in an all day wrestle-tastic extravaganza.  We start off with Wrestlefest at the Strand Cinema, showing some of the greatest matches from over the years on the big screen at Belfast’s most beautiful cinema. Shows are at 3pm and 7pm, we’re hitting the 3pm show so we’re out in good time for our next event. Check out our preview here.

Wrestlefest

Next up we have PWU (Pro Wrestling Ulster) with their show at the Holiday Inn on the Ormeau road. Doors are at 6:30pm and the show should start about 7pm, so why not head on down to see the best of NI and international talent perform. These guys are on fire as of late and are well worth the £5 entry fee! Read our review of one of their previous shows for a taste of what’s to come, right here.

PWUThis should be finished in good time to head down to down to The Fly where they are showing the big one itself on all of their screens, with a full bar and rowdy, rowdy atmosphere.  Pre-show starts at 10pm and the PPV itself begins at 12 midnight.  You can even pay a couple of quid to guarantee yourselves seats and they have the Pizza Co delivering 2 for 1 pizzas through-out the night. All the deets are here.  Wherever you get your ‘mania fix we hope you enjoy, and can we get a HELL YEAH!!!
