Belfast Christmas Market
This week we were asked to write a wee bit about the Christmas Market at the city hall for the HI-life blog. So here it is! The market is there for about another week and is a definite must visit this time of year to get you in the mood.
Slightly Geeky Pub Quiz and Movember
Movember is well and truly over and so is my attempt at a moustache. We had the quiz, we pestered people to money in our local SPAR and eventually we came up with the grand total of £345!!!! You can see it here MoSpace A massive thank you to all that came down to the quiz and all that donated. TheHudson was jumping and many happy people walked off with paintings, meals for 2, crates of beer, a years free Hi-Life card and much, much more. We banged through the rounds quite nicely and the final (hardest) round certainly separated the great from the good. I’d say a good time was had by all and I enjoyed a well earned Hudson Craft Beer once it was all said and done. a big thanks to Mark from BADHAVEN for sharing quiz master duties and a big thanks to Fergal and Jonny from the Hudson for having us.
