Motorcycle Festival, Lisburn, 8 – 10 February. The NI Motorcycle Festival is organised by Nutt Promotions, and provides entertainment for all the family. As well as displays of both new and classic motorcycles and scooters from top manufacturers, there will also be appearances from the stars of the motorcycling world over the weekend.
Cloughmore Male Voice Choir with The Celtic Tenors, Newry, 8 February. Cloughmore Male Voice Choir is proud to present an evening with the Celtic Tenors at the Sean Hollywood Arts Centre.
Ulster Orchestra – Inspired by Bach, Derry~Londonderry, 7 February. The Ulster Orchestra Derry-Londonderry concert series continues with music inspired by Bach at the Guildhall, opening with Bach’s Ricercar, a six-voice fugue from The Musical Offering, beautifully arranged by Webern.
First Dates at Café Parisien, Belfast, 7 February. Let one of the most romantic restaurants in Belfast take charge of your love life and play cupid this February. Enjoy arrival drinks, nibbles, spectacular views of the city and the chance to find true love.
Leonardo Da Vinci: A Life In Drawings, Belfast, 1 February – 5 May. Providing an unparalleled insight into the workings of the artist’s mind, this exhibition, coming to the Ulster Museum in Belfast, is part of a nationwide event organised by Royal Collection Trust to mark 500 years since the Renaissance master’s death.
Valentine’s Glamping, Limavady, 8 – 17 February. Treat your loved one to a night away glamping at Carrowmena Activity Centre. Snuggle up by the fireside, toast marshmallows and make smores along with brilliant memories.
Titanic Menu, Holywood, 9 February. Rayanne House offers a very unique dining experience served in a period dining room with views of Belfast Lough from where Titanic set sail. The Titanic Menu is a recreation of the last menu served in the first class restaurant on board the iconic ship.
Traditional Irish Bread Making, Killinchy, 9 February. NI Food Tours host their traditional Irish bread making class in an 18th century thatched cottage, on the shores of Strangford Lough, proving a truly authentic bread making experience.
4 Corners Festival, Belfast, 30 January – 10 February. This festival seeks to inspire people from across the city to transform it for the peace and prosperity of all. It consists of innovative events designed to entice people out of their own ‘corners’ of the city and into new places.
IMBOLC International Music Festival, Derry~Londonderry, 27 January – 10 February. Taking place in Cultúrlann Uí Chanáin, this is one of Ireland’s leading folk and world music festivals. Whilst still firmly rooted in the musical cultures of this island, the festival has grown in depth and breadth and now encompasses music genres ranging from folk, traditional and roots to jazz, contemporary and world music.
