Here at PastieBap.com we’re big fans of Belfast singer/songwriter Robb Murphy and his unique sound. From his emotive video for single The Darker Side which was filmed in the Ulster Museum, to the furry madness of Headstrong with the Ulster String Quartet, Murphy always provides us with something a bit different, both audibly and visually.
His latest release When Love Is Tangled Between Friends is no different. A remix of the original version taken from the album Sleep Tonight, this track has been released as a Christmas single. Murphy sets quite a Christmassy scene in the video; with Christmas jumpers and tinsel galore, this is just what we needed to get us in the festive spirit.
Not your usual peppy pop Christmas track, there’s a depth and a nostalgia to When Love Is Tangled Between Friends that really fits in with the holiday. As a bit of a Christmas present from Murphy, you can download the single here for absolutely FREE until 1st January 2016.
