Yelp Belfast’s One Day Wing Fest is fast approaching, and with it comes a whole load of tough questions such as: Which vendor do you try out first?, Is there such a thing as too many wings? and How many wings can a human physically eat? So to help you begin to answer these difficult conundrums, we thought we would generously profile all the restaurants involved to give you a bit of information about the different types of wings before you go. Today we try Buskers out for size, but you can check out Vandal and Bubbacue too.

Summary: Served with an old school finger bowl, these wings are smothered in a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. There’s no batter to be seen and the BBQ sauce tastes of molasses, cinnamon and orange with a slight hint of smoke. By deciding not to go with a more traditional buffalo sauce, Buskers put an interesting spin on our beloved chicken wings. As thick and sticky as tar, these wings go down far too easily!

Flavour notes:  BBQ, sweet, slightly tangy, molasses, orange, cinnamon

Drink accompaniment: Whiskey In The Jar-O Whiskey Sour

Portion size: 7

Price: £6.00

Wing Type: 1 piece

Uniqueness: These wings are so sweet! Forget your buffalo, these are served in a true honey BBQ sauce.
