Your weekly dose of cephalitic geek stuff is back with as much gusto as I can be bothered to muster. It’ll only take two minutes to read so bear with me and you’ll be rewarded with a picture of Keanu Reeves on a horse.
A Purge TV series is coming to Amazon for everyone who has finished scrolling though Netflix and still can’t find anything to watch. You can stream a new episode every week from Wednesday 5th September. There’s a joke in there about bingeing and purging but since all episodes don’t drop at the same time it doesn’t make sense. Something about bingeing while you purge maybe? Yeah, maybe wait until all the episodes are there and you can binge and purge at the same time.
The Haunting of Hill House is also set for the small(er) screen. Thats difficult to say because it’s not The House on Haunted Hill and my brain tries to merge them both into The Haunting of House Hill. That’s maybe just my problem but here’s a picture of the spooky house.
Guardians of the Galaxy 3 is on hold indefinitely due to the James Gunn fiasco. Disney fired him for some bad jokes he made ten years ago so now we’re not allowed Guardians. Lastly, some news on Star Wars IX, Doctor Who’s Matt Smith has a ‘Key role’, Billy Dee Williams is back as the first black guy in the galaxy and Leia will appear via a victorian seance.
