As long-time Boojum fans we were thrilled to hear that our favourite local Mexican joint was doing a cook-at-home kit during lockdown.

The idea is simple: posted straight to your door using the most informative and frequently updated delivery system we’ve ever seen, you will get everything you need to cook a delicious Boojum At Home!

The kits are aimed at serving four people, but the portion sizes are absolutely massive. More of a fajita kit than a burrito kit, it comes with 14 mini tortillas, you can also make at least four big burrito bowls from the ingredients if you wanted to skip the carbs. Each time we’ve had one of these kits we’ve had plenty of leftovers so it would easily serve 6 people if you have more mouths to feed.

Packed in Woolcool insulated packaging the box arrives filled to the brim with chicken thighs, Boojum’s signature Mexican rice, peppers, onion and mini tortillas, as well as sour cream, cheese, salsa verde and tomato salsa. We even got some jalapeños and pickled onions thrown in free of charge!

With really clear instructions (there’s pictures), the whole thing only takes about 15 minutes to prepare and it really does taste like you’re eating a proper Boojum. We’ve managed to get about 3 or 4 of these kits over the past month or two and to be honest, it’s the only thing getting us through lockdown.

Order your Boojum At Home kit online here for £17.99, you definitely won’t regret it!
