It’s May Day weekend and you’re off on Monday (hopefully) so you’re looking for something to do right? Luckily the NI Tourist Board have compiled a handy wee list of fun things to do in NI this week.
6th Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival

With a fantastic programme of music, comedy, theatre and dance, the Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival returns on 30 April. Highlights include Tease-O-Rama, The Charlatans, comedian David O’Doherty, crime writer Val McDermid and former Supergrass frontman Gaz Coombes.

There will be belly laughs galore in Belfast City Centre over the May Day Bank Holiday weekend! The annual international street theatre festival, Festival of Fools, promises a weekend packed with daredevil feats, fast-paced acrobatics, mesmerising object manipulation and out of this world comedy.

Moth and The Filthy Quarter are delighted to bring you The Filthy Series – Chapter One. A two-day, 10 hours per day music festival featuring Katy B, Jungle (DJ set), Reeps One, Too Many T’s, 2MANYDJs, Hercules and Love Affair, Rayko and Skymas. Tickets are available from the Visit Belfast Welcome Centre (opposite Belfast City Hall).
