Belfast Ultimate Strongman Giant Weekend

This August bank holiday weekend will see 34 of the World’s Strongest Giants from around the planet compete at the Belfast Ultimate Strongman Giant Weekend. The competitors will battle it out in a series of awe-inspiring rounds which include the ‘Farmers Walk’, ‘Man Verses Machine Optimus Truck Event’, ‘Car Lifting’, ‘Axel Press’ and for the first time in over 20 years, the return of the spectacular ‘bar bend’.

Eastside Arts Festival

The festival will celebrate the incredible creative talent; writers, artists, musicians and film- makers both of the past and present, that have come from East Belfast. This year’s event includes special concerts by Van Morrison.
