What a great way to start a monday but with some burger news! And the news is good, Ed’s Easy Diner is coming to the new retail park on the boucher road, and along with creating jobs, more importantly they’ll be creating some burgers. Yaaaaayyyyyy!  As our resident burger king (and having had Eds before) I can tell you that this is great news.  Have a wee look at the photo below for a slice of the 1950’s Americana that Ed’s brings and you’ll get an idea what they’re all about.
