If they guy looks familiar to you it might be because he was part of the Popstars:The Rivals created boy band ‘One True Voice’ from 2003. You know, the ones that were created at the same time as Girls Aloud. He looks particularly familiar to me because he was in my class at school, he was always running around selling tapes (yes cassette tapes) of his band and he actually played at my Dad’s birthday many moons ago. Anyway I digress, his name’s Keith Semple and he hails from Larne originally, although he has lived in Chicago for the last decade in various bands including one just called ‘Semple’. As you can see from the clip below he appeared in the US version of ‘The Voice’ and absolutely wowed the judges, ultimately choosing to go with Adam Levine as a mentor. Good choice Keith, we totally agree that Adam levine is probably the guy for you and all the best in the later rounds!
