Halloween is a mere two weeks away, and it’s one of our favourite times of year. So we were very excited to hear about Chateaux Le Fear – Derry’s newest and scariest haunted house. Located in the former officers’ mess in Ebrington Square, this is a house so chilling that there’s even an age limit. So if you’e under 12 years of age, then this one is a no go. However, there is a much more child-friendly version running from 1 – 5pm at weekends, and there’s a funfair outside to amuse those of you not brave enough to enter.

Chateau Le Fear

Open from 17th – 2nd October right up until 10.30pm, there are 20 actors located in rooms throughout the building, ready to terrorise you in any way possible. We assure you, this one’s no Barry’s ghost train…

Admission: £8
Opening Times: Weekdays 5pm – 10.30pm
Weekends 1pm – 10.30pm
