Always late to the party! Belfast Film Festival starts today and in all honesty I had meant to put up a preview piece selecting my picks for the fest, but when I looked through the site I saw so many great films and events all across Belfast that I couldn’t quite whittle it down. So I recommend that you head on over to their site and get stuck in to see what’s good for you. I do believe that with this years festival they’ve hit the nail on the head selection wise, from the International selections to supporting home grown talent. There’s a wide range, from meaningful films like the Slave free event to debatable horror classics like Exorcist 2. The event starts today and runs until the 5th April) so head over to the site, get some tickets and don’t forget the wittertainment code of conduct!
