Currently located at Boucher Crescent Retail Park, Los Tacos Hermanos doesn’t have the most scenic location, but with fresh ingredients and big Mexican flavours the surroundings don’t seem to matter too much.

Offering ‘Authentic Mexican Street Food’, Los Tacos Hermanos serves tacos, tostadas, taquitos and quesadillas, amongst other things, all made with the freshest of ingredients. You can choose from Mexican chicken or beef, and your tacos can be soft or crispy.

Back during lockdown we paid them a little visit and got the chicken and beef tacos to try them out, as well as a chicken quesadilla for good measure. The food was quick, as you would expect from a food truck, and the meat was tender and flavoursome. Even with a relatively limited menu, we can’t wait to go back and try some of the crispy birria beef tacos which are served with a beef consommé for dipping. 🤤

The food here is simple, but it is the kind of simple that requires a lot of complex knowledge and skill to make it look so easy, and taste so delicious. Using only a handful of ingredients, Los Tacos Hermanos nails Mexican cuisine at its essence; quick, tasty, and full of flavour.

Follow Los Tacos Hermanos on Facebook for updates, or catch them at Boucher Crescent from 12pm daily.
