Namaste and all that you guys! I love a bit of Yoga, some green tea and a colonic as much as the next guy so I thought this wee festival that is coming up at T13 sounded like a tasty treat…FOR THE SOUL.  Have a butchers and get ready to realign your chi better than  you realign your wheels before an MOT.

Organised by sound therapist Tessa Greer, the first TONIC Health & Wellness Festival at T13 in the Titanic Quarter on Sunday November 8 will feature a range of health and wellbeing exhibitors, practitioners, workshops and talks.

From highlighting a range of health and wellness options on offer for individuals and families from all walks of life and offering a selection of nutritious healthy food and drink options to offering visitors free talks and workshops, as well as experience of a range of complementary therapies, the event is set to welcome a whole host of people and exhibitors to T13.

Tessa Greer, who is a sound therapist with her own company The Sound Healing Spa, said: “At the festival we will have a range of natural, complementary and conventional therapies represented as well as complementary therapy taster sessions, talks and workshops in everything from yoga and Tai Chi to personal development as well as personal training demos, a kids and families area, creativity and wellbeing exhibitors, music and dance performances amongst many other experiences.”

“Bringing the TONIC Health & Wellness Festival together allows me to pull together my personal and working experience of this industry so far, the people who contribute to this industry and my previous experience of working on and organising festivals and events.  Through this offering I hope to bring a wide range of knowledge, experiences and awareness to the public around what wellness options are available to them as individuals, their families and friends that can encourage them to consider improving their own experience of life in some way.”
