It’s about time too!  I love Castlecourt, it’s been around 25 years now and still has a cracking selection of shops and a decent food court,  It’s also the place i get Auntie Anne’s amazing pretzels.  But it is looking a wee bit tired and dated.  So finally they’re getting a wee bit of a spruce up, with some new signs and a roller coaster. Well…maybe not a rollercoaster but the signs are a good start.

A planning application shows new, bright illuminated red signs and branding for the front and sides of the building.

The existing metal sign will be replaced with a new 12-metre wide red design, which will be replicated across the centre’s facades.

The new look will include illuminated vertical signs and large CastleCourt logos above the Gresham Street and Berry Street entrances.
